I am Margo Jordan—a CEO, a U.S. Army Veteran, and a mother of five—bringing business-minded leadership, accountability, and a “Self-Esteem First” vision to Texas schools.
My Journey To This Race
For more than a decade, I have led Enrichly, building solutions that strengthen student self-esteem and resilience at scale. My experience as a 100% disabled U.S. Army Veteran shaped my commitment to service, discipline, and results-driven leadership. At the same time, raising five children across the K–12 system has given me a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face every day.
These experiences are why I am focused on three things that matter most: strengthening student self-worth, ensuring responsible oversight of our $50 Billion education fund, and giving parents a real voice in the decisions that shape their children’s future.
I am not a career politician—I am a builder, a problem-solver, and a leader committed to putting our children first.
Self-Esteem First
Students learn best when they feel safe, seen, and valued. My Self-Esteem First vision brings ten years of pediatric behavioral health experience into the Texas classroom so every child builds confidence, resilience, and emotional intelligence alongside reading, math, and science.
Accountability For $50B
The Permanent School Fund is a $50 Billion endowment, and it deserves CEO-level oversight. I apply rigorous ROI analysis, transparent reporting, and disciplined risk management so every dollar works harder for classrooms, teachers, and students across District 6.

Parents deserve a real voice in what and how children learn. As a mother of five, I champion practical policies that strengthen trust between home and school, respect teacher expertise, and ensure state decisions reflect everyday family realities.
